Quality Expert Delivery
As an Agile development house we work in small teams, often pairing, always learning. As such if you think you might be interested in a role at e2x, please read through the short role descriptions below before getting in touch.
We never compromise on quality - we don't ship code that isn't rigorously tested. Our QA team is integrated into our development process throughout project delivery, never as an after thought. Your passion for finding every possible defect via a mixture of automated and manual testing will be as important as your ability to work closely with a client side QA lead while being integrated into the internal e2x development team. You will be using the same systems and same processes used to drive our Agile process so your ability to deal with change will be clear. As with all e2x roles, we are interested in the best tallent and recognise that raw skills can be honed so if you are fresh out of college or university and can show that you have the ability to thrive then get in touch. Similarly, if you are an experienced or senior tester looking for a fresh challenge then we would love to see your CV.
e2x is all about delivery so an e2x project manager will be absolutely focused on the development team. We are rigorous in our adherence to Agile development and mix this with pragmatic use of Prince II derived governance. We require a flexible approach to project management to go hand in hand with an understanding that client side project sponsors, business managers and project teams must get the reports and documentation they need. e2x project managers have opportunity to develop through involvement in other aspects of our work, whether that be business development, account management or systems development. Our project managers all have the ability to explain technology concepts to non-technical people and business concepts to technical teams and as such clear communication skills are a must.
